1963: The company is founded by Panagiotis Frentzos. It is the first unit in Greece that manufactures Quilted Fabrics.

1975: The company is converted into S.A. (in its current form) and expands its activities with the mass production of cotton and blended, woven and knitted fabrics.

1981: The first textile factory is built in the birthplace of Panagiotis Frentzos in VI.PE. Kalamata while at the same time the construction of the three-storey building in Nea Kifissia which is the headquarters of the company (exhibition – offices – warehouses) is being completed.

1991: The first fully automated Non-Woven manufacturing factory (technical fabrics) is created, as the need for vertical intergration of production grows, since the wadding was an imported product until then.

2001: Due to the spread of globalization that brought massive imports of fabrics from countries with low production costs, the company, anticipating the negative consequences, stops producing fabrics and focuses on Non-Woven production, thus becoming a pioneer in know-how in this sector.

2015: The management of the company passes to the next generation that faithfully follows the principles of high quality, consistency and reliability that the company stands for for decades.

2022: The company expands its activities with the creation of a new vertically integrated unit for the production of Quilts & Duvets.

2023: In the context of green development, the company has submitted for approval a study for the installation of a 270KW photovoltaic system aiming to cover its energy needs (Net Metering) and limiting its energy footprint.
